Program Structure

Private coaching begins with a discovery call to understand where you are, what your system needs, and what meaningful change looks like for you.

From there, we create a plan designed to support steady, lasting transformation, not quick fixes or information overload.

Here’s how it works:

Session Length: 50 minutes, held weekly or biweekly, depending on your pace and goals.

Duration: Choose from 3, 6, or 12-month coaching programs.

Between-Session Support: Access to Telegram for ongoing connection and integration support between sessions.

This structure provides both accountability and spaciousness, giving you time to integrate new awareness into daily life while feeling supported every step of the way

For professionals and entrepreneurs who are ready to move out of survival mode but don’t want to do it alone, the Accelerator offers a structured, supportive path back to calm and clarity.

Across six weeks, we’ll work together on:
